Staff

Ken Highley, Pastor – Ken has played a primary role in feeding the flock at Randolph Heights since 2012. He has attended here since 2003, and finally, in March 2015, he was commissioned to a pastoral role for the church. His sermons are substantial, but his role is broader than that, participating in every aspect of our congregational life together. He’s also adept with a variety of useful tools including the charcoal grill. Click here to email Ken.

The Session

The Session is the leadership body of our local congregation. They oversee and undergird all the mission and ministry that happens within the church. Elders are elected each fall and are ordained to 3-year terms of service. Our Session currently consists of 5 elders plus a Clerk, who handles the administrative details. The elders currently on Session are: Barb Couture, Lon Fiedler, David Hedlund, and Don Rylander, with Patty Spahn serving as Clerk.

The Deacons

It is the duty of the deacons, first of all, to minister to those who are in need, to the sick, to the friendless, and to any who may be in distress both within and beyond the community of faith. —Book of Order (2007/2009)

Deacons are commissioned each year and can be recommissioned for as long as they desire to serve. Currently, we have 4 deacons: Joe Englund, David Nye, Liz Elliott, and Kathy Bradford.
